A Pilot for your daily life.

What Lore Pilot is

Lore Pilot is a personal agent that runs on your Mac. It learns your world (the people you talk to, how you write, the routines you keep) and builds your lore: a private memory that lives on your device. Then it handles the admin you keep deferring, email, bookings, follow-ups, filing, across the apps you already use. Because it runs on your machine, it reaches the native apps a browser agent cannot touch, like Messages and Notes.

The one-liner

It runs your day and answers to you. It does the work, you keep the yes. Nothing real happens without your approval.

How it works

Four beats, and you stay in the loop the whole way:

  1. It learns you. On day one Pilot reads your world on-device: your people, your voice, your sizes, your routines. That memory is your lore, and it stays on your Mac.
  2. You ask. Tell it what you want in one plain sentence, the way you would text a friend. There are no commands to memorize.
  3. It acts across apps. Pilot pulls context from one app and acts in another: it reads the email, finds the right person in Contacts, and drafts the message.
  4. You approve. It stops before anything real happens, the send, the booking, the payment, and waits for your yes.

Which apps it reaches

Pilot lives on your Mac, so it works with the apps you already open every day: Mail, Messages, Contacts, Calendar, Reminders, Notes, and your files in Finder. It can also reach connected services like Slack. The point is the stitch between them: it reads context in one app and takes the action in another, all from a single ask.

Browser agents stop at the browser tab. Pilot runs locally, so your Messages, your Notes, and your files are all in reach. We are adding apps through the beta, so the exact list grows as we onboard the first cohort.

Your AI account

Pilot runs on the AI account you already pay for. Sign in with your Claude or OpenAI subscription, or bring your own API key, and Pilot uses that to think and act. Prefer not to manage an account? We can run the AI for you instead. Either way you are never locked in, and you can switch between your own account and ours whenever you want.

The trust model

Every action Pilot can take is tagged by how much it touches your world: read, act, or sensitive. Reads are quiet background work. Acts, like sending an email or booking a slot, wait for your approval until you decide to grant more autonomy. Sensitive actions, anything involving money or a message that really matters, always ask first.

Underneath sits a full audit trail. Every step is logged before and after, and every run is replayable end to end, so you can always see what Pilot did and why. You tune how much autonomy it earns over time.

Kill switch

You are never more than one gesture from full manual. Touch the mouse and Pilot stops instantly, mid-action if it has to.

Your data & privacy

Pilot runs local. Your keys and your data live on your Mac, not in our cloud. The memory it builds, your lore, is stored on-device, and you can read it or delete any part of it whenever you want. Close the lid and everything stays home.

Getting access

Lore Pilot is in a hand-onboarded macOS beta, and the first cohort is free. Self-serve signups are not open yet: access is the waitlist. Leave your email and we will reach out when your seat is ready.
